This Site is operated by Promethean and has been created to provide information about Promethean and our online video education services, mobile applications and related services (together with the Site, the “Services”) to our Service visitors (“you”, “your”). Agents, Consultants and Related Third-Parties

We may share Personal Information with certain trusted third-party companies and individuals to perform tasks on our behalf, but strictly for the purpose of carrying out their work for us, for example, to help us provide the Service, enhance the Service, to increase the Service’s functionality and user-friendliness, to communicate with you, to provide our forums and improve your experience using the Service. By way of example, we use (1) Amazon Web Services to host the Service on their servers; (2) Google Analytics to help us track user behavior, user traffic, visitor traffic, and provide system analytics; (3) MailChimp for e-mail communications; (4) VanillaForums to provide our online forums; and (5) Zeroth to provide our Chat bot. Aggregate Personal Information

In an ongoing effort to better understand and serve the users of the Service, Promethean often conducts research on its customer demographics, interests and behavior based on the Personal Information and other information provided to us. This research may be compiled and analyzed on an aggregate basis, and Promethean may share this aggregate data with its affiliates, agents, and business partners. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any Personal Information collected by Promethean other than Personal Information collected through the Service. Integrating Social Networking Services

One of the special features of the Service is that it allows you to enable or log in to the Service via various social networking services like Facebook or Twitter (“Social Networking Service(s)”). To take advantage of this feature, we will ask you to log into or grant us permission via the relevant Social Networking Service. Is Information About Me Secure?

Data security is very important to Promethean. Promethean maintains strict administrative, technical and physical procedures to protect information stored in our servers. Access to information is limited (through user/password credentials to those employees who require it to perform their job functions. We use industry standard SSL (secure socket layer technology) encryption to transfer Personal Information. Other security safeguards include, but are not limited to, data encryption when at rest, firewalls, and physical access controls to buildings and files.
